The Test for Academic Studies (TESTAS) is an official standardized exam offered to high school graduates from non-European countries who wish to study at a German university
TESTAS has become mandatory from last year for students who are planning to pursue Under-graduation in Germany.
There are two modes of writing the exam.
Pen and Paper & Digital Based
The test can be taken in German or English
The two exams cover similar topics, but differ in their tasks as they contain different subtests.
The Duration for the exam is 4 and a half to 5 hours for paper based and 3.5 hours for computer-based exam.
This exam is written for 400 marks.
There is no pass in this examination but getting close to 200 would be a decent score.
Maths & Physics are the major subjects. Difficulty level is more easier than 12th maths & physics
