Refund Policy
At Fly N Study, every student's application and service requirements are unique. Therefore, all refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of enrollment.
Refund Consideration

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

Refund eligibility depends on the services already provided, the stage of the application or admission process, and any payments made to third parties such as universities, examination bodies, embassies, or other service providers.

Administrative fees, consultation charges, documentation fees, processing fees, and any non-recoverable third-party payments are non-refundable.

Services that have already been completed or delivered are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Request
All refund requests must be submitted in writing with any relevant supporting documents. Fly N Study will review each request individually and communicate its decision after completing the assessment.
Final Decision
Fly N Study reserves the sole right to determine refund eligibility based on the applicable service agreement, the circumstances of the request, and the work completed. The submission of a refund request should not be interpreted as an assurance or promise of a refund.
